Meet Our Pastors Pastor Kevin Baker and his wife, Shannon Baker, are the heart and soul of New Life Church. With 19 years of dedicated service, they have cultivated a welcoming and vibrant community where individuals and families can thrive spiritually. Pastor Kevin is our lead pastor, known for his engaging teaching style that blends contemporary and traditional approaches, often infused with humor to create a relatable experience. He is deeply passionate about making the Word of God relevant to 21st-century living, ensuring that the teachings resonate with the diverse needs of our congregation. Kevin and Shannon are proud parents of four children: Katie (27), Seth (23), Grady (18), and Olivia (16). Shannon Baker is not only a devoted pastor's wife but also an ordained pastor with Foursquare. With over 30 years in full-time ministry, she cherishes her role in supporting her husband and nurturing the congregation. Shannon has a passion for cooking, reading, decorating, and organizing. She also enjoys mentoring women through The Home Experience, a program designed to enrich lives and build community connections. Together, the Bakers embrace the joys and challenges of raising their family in a rural community, fostering a sense of belonging for everyone they meet.
