Kevin and Shannon are proud parents of four children: Katie (27), Seth (23), Grady (18), and Olivia (16). Shannon Baker is not only a devoted pastor's wife but also an ordained pastor with Foursquare. With over 30 years in full-time ministry, she cherishes her role in supporting her husband and nurturing the congregation. Shannon has a passion for cooking, reading, decorating, and organizing. She also enjoys mentoring women through The Home Experience, a program designed to enrich lives and build community connections. Honey Creek Landing Marina has been Grand Lake’s favorite nautical hub for over 15 years. A full service marina, Honey Creek has over 100 covered slips, ranging from 30 to 60 feet, available for either annual or overnight rentals. We have a pump-out station, 24-hour fueling site with diesel and no-ethanol gas, newly restocked ship store featuring nautical themed items and lake accessories, lounge and renovated bathhouse, and a convenience store. We also offer full service boat repair and sales. We take immense pride in being a pillar of the community, and are dedicated to providing our customers with a safe and enjoyable Grand Lake experience. Brian and Lessie Dickson are the proud and excited new owners of Honey Creek Landing Marina. After boating on Grand Lake for over 20 years, the Dicksons relocated from their home in Wichita, KS, to be full-time Grand Lakers and residents of Grove. They bring with them their daughter Lily, and two dogs. Brian is an avid entrepreneur and Lessie is a successful business Operations Manager. Combining their unique talents and passion for the lake lifestyle, they are immensely looking forward to making new connections in the area and bringing many improvements to the property. The Dicksons have completely renovated the marina to bring it up to their standards. 98% of the dock was completely redone, and a 24-hour fueling station has been installed. There’s a brand new convenience store, fully stocked ship store, a thoroughly renovated bathhouse and lounge, and many more exciting changes to come. The original structure was built by the United States Army Corps of Engineers and once housed the Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA).
