A Rich History of Powerful Productions Since its opening, Picture in Scripture has captivated over 225,000 visitors from all 50 states and 119 countries. The amphitheater’s first production, "The Man Who Ran", told the story of Jonah, Jesus, and the great fish. This production ran for 20 years and set the stage for future successes, including "The Elijah Factor", which brought the powerful story of the prophet Elijah to the stage. In 2017, "Damascus Road: Where Saul Becomes Paul, the Greatest Apostle of All Times" debuted, telling the story of Saul’s persecution of the early Church and his conversion on the road to Damascus. This production continues to be a central piece of the amphitheater’s offerings, drawing audiences every summer with its powerful narrative. Kevin and Shannon are proud parents of four children: Katie (27), Seth (23), Grady (18), and Olivia (16). Shannon Baker is not only a devoted pastor's wife but also an ordained pastor with Foursquare. With over 30 years in full-time ministry, she cherishes her role in supporting her husband and nurturing the congregation. Shannon has a passion for cooking, reading, decorating, and organizing.
