A Community Effort Each year, Camp Bandage brings together several groups and organizations from the Grand Lake community, all committed to educating children in a fun and diverse environment. Families can look forward to a day filled with interactive learning experiences and demonstrations on a wide range of safety topics, including: Safe Outdoor Recreation Water Safety Health and First Aid Weather Awareness Fire Safety Injury Prevention Substance Abuse Prevention Meet Your Heroes One of the event’s highlights is the opportunity for children to meet and interact with local first responders, including fire, police, and EMTs.
