What was once a humble hayfield with only a few run-down hangars has transformed into South Grand Lake's vital transportation and economic hub. Today, the South Grand Lake Regional Airport stands as a testament to the hard work, determination, and community support that has turned a simple grass strip into a fully operational, state-of-the-art airport serving both personal and business aviation.
Thanks to the contributions of local lake organizations, the town of Ketchum, and the airport's dedicated volunteers, including the Girlfriends of the Airport, the airport has undergone significant upgrades. With the addition of an asphalt runway, the airport now offers full-service facilities for both prop and jet aircraft, meeting the needs of aviators and visitors alike.
The airport is a key gateway for travelers looking to visit the Grand Lake area, extending the region’s reach beyond the typical driving radius. By attracting visitors who would otherwise not have considered traveling to the area, the airport is helping to drive economic growth and tourism, with an estimated annual economic impact of $2.5 million.
Future plans for the airport are even more exciting, with the development of new features that will make it an even more significant asset for the region. Coming soon are several major improvements, including the installation of an AWOS III (Automated Weather Observation System), aviation light industrial development, a new terminal building, expanded parking apron, and a parallel taxiway.

Since its inception on June 23, 2012, Bethesda Free Clinic has been a beacon of hope and support for the community. Sponsored by the First Baptist Church of Langley and supported by the Craig-Mayes Baptist Association, our mission is to share and demonstrate the message of Christ by uniting volunteers to help meet the spiritual, emotional, and healthcare needs of individuals at no cost to the patient.
A Vision Realized
The concept of Bethesda Free Clinic was envisioned over two years before opening by Dr. Pat Belford, a devoted member of the church. This initiative aligns seamlessly with the church’s vision of being a "Life Development Church," committed to enhancing the lives of those in the Langley community. Originally, the plan was to operate at least one Saturday a month, but through God's blessings and the generosity of medical personnel and volunteers, the clinic is proud to be open every Saturday, providing vital services to those in need.

Resource Assistance: A Resource Director is available during clinic hours to assist clients in identifying additional services and resources that the clinic may not be able to provide. This includes helping individuals find the necessary support within the community for their specific needs.

Viewing Rooms:

Pick-Up & Delivery Services:
Angel’s offers complimentary pick-up from any veterinarian clinic within a 25-mile radius of Tulsa. For home removals, a fee of $35.00 applies. For pickups outside the 25-mile radius, a mileage fee of $1.50 per mile (one way) will be charged.

Nestled in the scenic hills east of Disney, Oklahoma, Picture in Scripture Amphitheater offers a breathtaking outdoor venue where biblical stories come to life. Established in 1985 by Bill and Linda Goldner, the amphitheater has become a beloved destination for visitors from across the nation and the world. It is known for its original biblical productions that feature live animals, stunning special effects, pyrotechnics, and a talented cast of local actors. The amphitheater’s mission is clear: to tell "His story" — the story of the Bible, its characters, and the transformative power of faith.
A Rich History of Powerful Productions
Since its opening, Picture in Scripture has captivated over 225,000 visitors from all 50 states and 119 countries. The amphitheater’s first production, "The Man Who Ran", told the story of Jonah, Jesus, and the great fish. This production ran for 20 years and set the stage for future successes, including "The Elijah Factor", which brought the powerful story of the prophet Elijah to the stage.
In 2017, "Damascus Road: Where Saul Becomes Paul, the Greatest Apostle of All Times" debuted, telling the story of Saul’s persecution of the early Church and his conversion on the road to Damascus. This production continues to be a central piece of the amphitheater’s offerings, drawing audiences every summer with its powerful narrative.
An Unforgettable Theater Experience
Each summer, Picture in Scripture Amphitheater stages an original Biblical production featuring a 60-80 person cast, local actors, exotic live animals, state-of-the-art surround sound, and special effects. The combination of drama, faith, and stunning visuals creates an unforgettable experience. The amphitheater is designed to enhance the spiritual journey of its guests, allowing them to witness Bible stories in a dramatic, immersive setting.
A Family-Friendly Atmosphere
Picture in Scripture is not just a theater, it is a place for families to gather and make memories. Before the show begins, visitors can enjoy a variety of family-friendly activities such as the petting zoo, where they can interact with Simon the camel, Yancy the yak, and other animals used in the productions. The zoo is open from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on performance nights.
Guests can also enjoy a delicious dinner served in the pavilion, with options such as charbroiled hamburgers, grilled chicken, barbecue, and catfish. Meals are served from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and include a drink. The menu offers something for everyone, including a children’s plate with a hamburger, chicken sandwich, or hot dog.
Ticket Information and Showtimes
Dinner & Show Tickets:
Adults: $19.75 for catfish platter, $18.75 for sandwich platter
Children's Plate: $6
Show-only Tickets: $14.75 for adults, children 10 and under are free.
The showtime begins with a musical pre-show at 8:00 p.m., and the play starts at 8:50 p.m.
The show lasts approximately 1 ½ hours.
Reservations are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome. Senior discounts and group rates are available.
