Rich History and Future Development Located at 1563 NW 110th Street, Groveport Resort is proudly situated at the “Gateway to Grove.” The area around Wolf Creek is known for its exceptional bass fishing, making it a favored spot among local anglers. Purchased in 2021, the resort underwent extensive renovations to enhance its facilities while preserving its historical significance. The original structure was built by the United States Army Corps of Engineers and once housed the Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA). We took great care in gutting the building down to the studs, breathing new life into this historic site while retaining its charm.
